Group meditation every Wednesday 6:30—7:30pm
Every Wednesday we come together to meditate and share Vedic wisdom and stories. An opportunity to ask questions, refine your practise and/or share experiences. Currently offered online via zoom.
Community WhatsApp Group
A space to ask questions, receive inspiration and Vedic resources, stay up to date with upcoming offerings and events, and connect with community + local Vedic meditators.
Community Events
Emily also hosts pop-up community events such as workshops, half day rounding immersions, rounding retreats, beach meditations and potluck dinners. Events are always shared in our community WhatsApp group.
