Aligning with the new moon in Aśvinī and influenced by the planet Ketu, this will be the perfect opportunity for transformation and deep healing. Ketu represents detachment, otherworldly insight and mokṣa (liberation); Moving beyond the five sensory human experience to realise and remember something greater. An aspect of Self that was always there, always shinning but simply obscured by clouds of avidyā (ignorance) and stress. Aśvinī is the pulse of new beginnings, inspiring fast action, vitality, healing and rejuvenation. And the Śakti, or Power invoked under this Nakṣatra is Śīghra-vyāpani śakti; The power to reach quickly and bring swift healing. So safe to say that the planets will be holding and supporting us in an incredibly deep and divine way. The perfect storm for transformation and Self-realisation.

Alex and I, of course, will also be there to support through wisdom, fire ceremonies, puja and casual chats by the fire. We will be sharing advanced practises to help deepen your experience during and after the retreat, such as cosmic body technique and the bliss technique and also practises for integration such as Sūryanamaskāra with traditional Sanskrit mantras and breath control.
